"I was thoroughly impressed by the work of Artificial Grass Depots. They transformed our front yard with their beautiful artificial turf and decorative surrounding rocks. We had been procrastinating for years on what we wanted to do in our front yard, but when we saw my husband’s sister’s AGDepots artificial turf, we knew that was what we wanted. I called to get more information and was introduced to David Weber, the project manager. We scheduled an appointment, and I was surprised by the process of installing artificial turf. David was so knowledgeable and explained every step in terms we understood. He didn’t oversell or push his product but just gave us facts. He answered all my questions, and I had a few since we were new to artificial turf. He made some design recommendations and let us think about what we wanted our yard to look like, again without any pressure. When we decided that we would have AGDepots do the installation, David visited us a few more times to go over the design we wanted, and once we all agreed, he provided the quote and home improvement contract. Now here is where I knew we were going to be working with a professional: David answered every little question I had about some wording on the contract. He broke down each sentence and/or paragraph immediately after receiving my email. Normally, you would digitally sign the quote/contract, but David came by so we would sign it in person, I’m sure to answer any last questions I might have had; I had none at this point. We scheduled a start date (they start on Tuesdays), and I was very pleased that David would be my contact throughout the installation process. We introduced ourselves to the crew and they were professional, friendly, and efficient. Being home for the installation process, we could see the time and effort they put into building a very solid ground before installing the turf. In speaking to a crew member, I could tell that he took pride in his work as he took the time to show me pictures of some of his other work. They were respectful of our home and clean the areas at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them!"
